Hi, I’m Anna Claire (AC) --  a queer personal trainer (pronouns: she/her). After years of experiencing the mental and physical benefits of movement, I left a do-good desk job to create spaces where everyone in every body can feel safe getting strong.

I personally fell in love with fitness by way of tractor tire flips, keg runs, kettlebells, and barbells. But I’m game to help you figure out whatever your jam is, or move better and stronger at something you already love to do.

I coach private training sessions, small group strength & conditioning, and barbell classes primarily out of KG Strong in South Philly. But, I also offer limited spots for clients who wish to train in other parts of Philadelphia, and online training to folks living anywhere.
